Weight on towbar

Hi, I have a Pajero 2004 swb. Towing an offroad caravan and want to know what the max weight on the towbar of the Pajero can be. Thanks John
It depends on the towbar specs and make.
If you are towing off road I would urgently advise you to check that your towbar bolts onto the chassis with at least 4 bolts per side! Some of them are hard to fit and more often than not are left out by the fitment shops! If not fitted with at least 4 bolts per side it WILL eventually lead to fractures on your chassis rail as the load are not spread properly!
