When I lock or unlock the car, the audible alert, sometimes does not work, although the car still locks and unlocks properly.

I'm guessing that there's a just a loose connection, but anyone know where to start looking?

Check your hooter I mean the alarm one. Those wires are so thin anything can go wrong or try and fit another hooter on the same wires to see if it is that. Good Luck
