I am in the market for a set of tyres and will purchase A/T's. Price is always important and I was offered a set of Kumhos KL61. Has anybody any experience of these tyres in particular sidewall strenght, road noise, expected km's. I'll appreciate your comments
Chris
Very late reply, but for future reference....
These are softish tyres, excellent grip and really no road noise. I am also concerned for the sidewalls and would be careful on sharp rocks. Millage will probably be terrible, but they are cheap and drives much nicer than BFG, Coopers and Bridgestones on the black stuff. From my limited experience, for comfort, the only tire that comes close is the Michelin (MX2 I think). For rough stuph, the Coopers are fearless!
