Can the timing control Valve in the dieselpump of 3.2 (2005) glx be repaired, or should the whole pump be reconditioned??

the timing control valve can be replaced as a part.

I have heard that some manage to replace it with the pump still attached to the engine.

Where exactly is this valve situated, do u perhaps have a diagram of the relevant pump??
