Pajero Gen4 3.2DiD - speedo over reading

Hi to all. My Pajero's speedo reed 128km/h at true 120km/h (GPS). Can it be fixed, and how ? Thanks
This is quite normal an many cars. My Paj included. Some say it is a safety margin to prevent accidental speeding and others say it is to boost up your distance travelled so your warrantee expires earlier.
You can fix this by fitting different tyres with an increased diameter. Bear in mind though that the gearing is effected when you change tyre size.
