Tyres wanted

Looking TO REPLACE my 265 X 75 X 16's
Wanting a 80/20 type tyre. New or good as new!
Also
I have a Burnco integrated bumper and want a bracket to hold my 2nd spare wheel. Hein at Burnco recommends 2 x spare wheel brackets to replace existing bracket (which is on door) on door (as existing is just off centre. An expensive option for very occasional use.

Any suggestions for spare wheel holder that can fit on the tow bar?
