Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I want to give praise where praise is due.
I took my Pajero in to Mitspro yesterday for a service and received a warm welcome and an excellent service. Also small little things like lights and stuff not working that oom Freek and his team sorted out free of charge.
I post this because normally we all find it so easy to complain but we seldom take the time to say thanks when we receive great service. I am in no way associated with MitsPro and this was my first time there. Like I said, just giving thanks where thanks is due.

That's a welcome report as lately there has been many reports of poor service from Mitspro.

I've only ever had good service at Mitspro, good on you for posting a positive report like this

Also something that I did not mention is that the lifters are now noisy compared to the lifter only being noisy for a few seconds at start-up before I took it to MitsPro? Not sure if this might have something to do with the type of oil they have used. I am draining the oil this weekend and replacing with some High Mileage oil to see if it will make any difference.

This was my second visit to MitsPro after a disappointing first visit, now not sure if I should give them a third try?

I used to be very complimentary of Mitspro until recently where I took my car there and damage was done to 2 panels of the car. The car was there for close on 2 weeks. Mitspro completely denied any wrong doing and were exceptionally rude on the phone (I think because I'm not afrikaans). I'll be going elsewhere in future.

Please let me know when you find someone that can do the job, I'm also looking,after my MitsPro "experience"!

FYI, I'm Afrikaans and also got an attitude after I mentioned that I found them on the forum. This was strange as I was a new customer that came from a forum reference?
