Can somebody enlightens me as to what this entails.
My local garage tells me there is no cambelt change.

Correct, no cambelt to change. Diff and gearbox oils should be changed every 60k. If your's was done at 60k, then you only need to do engine oil and filter + air filter. The usual inspection is also very important.
