Total parts,service,oil: R19,804-00 (4 x new tyres, 1 x windscreen, brake pads front back, 1 x aerial insert, 1 x battery, etc incl.)

John,
Thanks for sharing.
Seems I've been missing a trick.... I don't include "tracking fees" when I submit. Will definitely chat to my tax consultant

My number for F12 was R2.10/km and F13 was R1.98/km. This year still needs to be calculated. The fuel price and a big service at 120k will push the last one up quite a bit, I think.

Roelf, I supply the info to my accountant and he then does all the number trickery, so I dont know if SARS do or dont accept the tracking as a deductible expense. Give it a try though, you have nothing to loose.

PS: Our rates dont seem that far apart - only difference is that I have an old 3.2 DID and you a new 3.8V6! Gotta have a team talk with my Pajero tonight...

John, I also just hand my numbers over, but have never included the tracker. Not a big deal though.

My numbers are very scew when compared to yours. F12 was still under maint plan, but included a set of new boots. F13 included some service costs, but nothing else.
