Good day Guys,
I am sure this not the first time this question is asked...

)
Now the Question is will the new head unit work with the display and regarding the wiring,how to..??

Yes, which Pajero do you have ?
I have the Gen 3 with Radio/Tape and then a separate CD player.
Removed the CD player and placed the a/c controls in this lower slot.
Removed the radio/tape and this leaves a double DIN hole in the dash.
Bought a Sony unit (R3000) and installed myself. Hardest part was finding an adaptor plug so that I didn't have to hack up the wiring harness.
I now have CD/radio/DVD/ Aux in plug/USB plus I fitted a camera for easy maneuvering when hitching up a trailer.
Sony unit came with a remote but I also happen to have a Sony rotary controller from days gone by. I fitted this to the steering column just below the wiper controls. Its not the same as steering wheel controls but comes a close second.
You will lose the radio display on the separate LCD screen but you will still have compass, clock, temp, a/c display.
