4M41 Idle issue

Hi everyone,
I have been reading and learning from your forum since i bought my 2001 swb 3.2 DiD in January this year. Now, I hope someone can help or give me some advice. It has the 4M41 engine in it, so I only use 500ppm diesel and 50ppm if no 500ppm is availible. I serviced it after I got it and replaced all the filters as well as all the oils. She's got about 293000km on the clock. I have driven it about 3000 km so far with no problems, but this weekend something strange happend. When the engine got up to temperature, the idling dropped lower than usual and developed a "miss fire". Sounds like when you take one plug wire off a 4 cylinder petrol engine. When driving there is no loss of power and the missfire is gone until you stop again. On startup when the engine is cold, there is no problem. Only when on temperature the issue starts. I know my way around engines, but this is new to me. I realy hope that this is not a dieselpump issue, because is see that is an expensive exercise.
Any advise will be greatly appreciared.
Kind regars.
Theo.
