Colt vs pajero

So guys you will all probably laugh at me but today I went passenger in a colt 4x4 double cab and I owned one before my pajero. I have a gen 3 pajero with a 3 inch lift and heavy duty suspension. It is iron man and is very hard.
We went on the road I travel everyday and it is a badly corrugated dirt road and a farm driveway and the colt felt so stable and did nt float on the road at all and seemed to be so smooth over the bumps and corrugations.
1. Is the colt just that good on gravel roads that I miss it so much and even think t is possibly more comfortable than my pajero
2. Is my pajero not so great cause of the suspension kit fitted
3. Has anyone else got any comments of the gravel road comforts between other vehicles and their pajero on a road that is badly corrugated etc
4. The colt seemed to have a better power to weight ratio in that it seemed to pull like a trojan but I was not driving so not sure how heavy the driver was on the pedal compared to how I normally am bit I did notice the seeds at cruising were similar to mine.
5. How does any other double cab perform on such gravel roads to the colt as in a few years time I would like to get one again

Thanks guys
