To buy or not to buy "new member"

Hi every one I am in the process of buying a flat and have to sell my Pajero "2012 3.8 MT " which I love and have to part with it.
now the issue is I can't find and MT pajeros were I am from but I can import one from euro. " I love offloading in MT I absolutely hate AT trans, they take all the fun from offloading".
here are my questions :
1- in my country :KSA: the only 3.2 models are 2008 and below so I was wondering if the fuel filters and oil filters are the same in the new 3.2 as the old 3.2 ." what are the differences between them beside the injectors and turbo.
2- I can get my brother to swap his 2012 MT with a new AT pajero, is it doable.
3- which will live longer under the same driving condition "weekend worrier life style", an OEM suspensions or a lovells kit and I am talking about the coils mainly.
4- If I cant get my MT pajero is it worth it to get the new Triton with 2.5 VGT. and dose it have turbo lag.
