Problems with power on my Pajero Gen3 Model 200 3.5 i

I have the following fault codes on my Pajero Code 12 VAF circuit,Code13 IAT Circuit and Code 25 Baro Circuit. Need some help and advice ugent please. I have tested my IAT sensor and wires all is fine and did replace my Maf sensor as well so what can still be the problem
