Exceed timber trim

I have a 2012 NW GLS and the door trim around window buttons etc and also the centre console are scratched and need a facelift.
Is it possible to purchase the "Exceed" timber trim on doors and centre console from anywhere other than Mitsi dealer who will charge the earth.
OR any other suggestions please.
