Slight scrape on rear drivers wheel arch.
Tyres in good condition.
Aftermarket front and rear bumpers.
Spotlights that will roast meat at 1000m
Roof rack.
Leather interior in perfect condition.

What do you think I should get for her...?

it depend whats worth to you, and what the buyer is willing to pay. Your spots are not legal and will have to come out for cor etc etc
