Addo Area - Recommendation

We stayed over at The Homestaed B&B in Addo for the weekend.

Accommodation in the Addo area can be ridiculously expensive, but Homestead rates are very good. We paid R350/night (that's for the chalet ie R175pp) for the two of us in a self-catering chalet, with a fully fitted kitchen and braai.
Excellent value. Beautiful setting with lush gardens.
caravan / camping sites as well.
Only ±15km from the main gate to Addo Elephant park.
