Air Con belt making noise

HI Guys
I Drive a 2012 Pajero Sport 2.5D 4x4, The last few weeks when I turn on the Aircon, I get a noise from engine that sounds like a belt slipping, Is this the aircon belt? It also happens at high RPM.
Any advice on how to fix this and if its a easy fix to do yourself, I imagine the tension on the belt id to low or the belt is worn, car is on 112000km
Would appreciate the feedback
