I am looking at the benefits or disadvantages of having the 3M film put onto a 2004 Pajero LWB. I just spent quite a bit having deep scratches removed from a Namibian trip. I know the application of this film is exhorbitantly expensive but then so is base coat clear repaint jobs. Anyone care to offer opinions and/or experience of said coating?

thanks

nic

When you say exhorbitantly expensive, how bad is it?

Front Bumper, 1/3 bonnet, full sides and windscreen comes to about 12k with tax and it takes two days. Had a windscreen replaced a few months ago cost more at Pg than Mitsubishi Paarden Eiland as they had to get a 100% mitsubishi screen.
