Hi,

Last time I changed transmission oil, I used DiaQueen from the Mits agents.

What local oil is suitable?

Thanks

I used what ever is compatible with the specs. I know I will be shot down, but Mitsubishi are not in the oil business and the oil industry is not going to make a "one off" oil just for Mitsubishi, the cost alone would be crazy. I have always used any of the local suppliers for filters, oils, pads and have never had an issue. Take care when you replace the gearbox filter, you need to support the gearbox when you remove the cross member, this has to be removed to gain access to the gearbox sump, in which the filter resides.

Hi V,
Thanks for the reminder. I replaced my gearbox oil years ago and now that you mention it, I remember that I had to remove the cross member to get the oil pan off.
