Here it is, our mode of getting to the far away places via the road less travelled.

What rims are those, JP1?

Aha! I think I have identified those rims. They are off...

...a pre-facelift Fortuner  (or post-facelift new Hilux, which is the same thing)

I actually think they suite the Paj quite well, styling wise.

@ 4e ; Thanx a mil for the compliment.

Pajeroman; OME heavy duty suspension; Safari snorkel by Dune Offroad; SAC Unichip; Outback Roofrack with Thule mounting clamps ,Frontrunner TB

Gerrit :D :D they come from a 2007 - 2009 Ford Ranger in 16" ;) I just made custom centre caps with the Mitsubishi logo in a gloss silver on the matt silver of the cap.

Johan

Why did you fit the Ford rims? From the looks on your vehicle I am guesing GLS spec 2002 model, maybe 2003 . They still came out with 16 inch OME rims, why the change?

Hi Cats, whichever way you look at it , it boils down to. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
windgatgeit ;)
With the OME suspension and of course the lift it had, the OEM 16" rims looked a bit "flimsy" all nicely tucked up INSIDE the wheelarches and somehow I don't like that look. The offset on these mags are different and the tyres run flush with the wheelarch extension.
Even the caravan looks the same . . . . same pic, just not cropped :D
