Tailor-Made Seat Covers for 1998 Blister Fender

Hello,
I recently moved to Cape Town and bought a 1998 Blister Fender SWB and I am in search of either of the following things:
1) Someone who has a similar model in Pretoria, Gauteng, for my Pretoria contact to just acquire the measurements of all the Dimensions needed for the upholstery (He is quite old school and prefers to capture the measurements in person and will drive to were you are located); or
2) An affordable contact for tailor-made seat covers for my 1998 Blister Fender SWB in Cape Town or the surrounding area.
