Hi Guy's
Great Forum, as a new "second hand" Pajero owner...loving life.
I have a problem,
All my warning lights on my dash, have an ocassional "disco" session, and flicker on and off at vary'ing degree's of intensity. This used to happen now and then, but lately every time I drive the car, it occurs.
My immediate thought, and I have a feeling it might be, a loose earth or plug.
Has anybody else had the same problem perhaps..?
I am just unsure where to start...the fuse box....or strip the dash looking for plugs.
I dread having to send this to an auto elec., if I dont have to, as dollar signs usually cloud there eyes when a Paj drives in.
I have a 2004, DiD, SWB...................which I love a LOT...!!!!
(I"ve popped the fuse on the ABS light cluster before, and the Forum helped me out the last time....Thanx for that.)
Regards
Dave

Re: Flashing warning lights on Dash
Dave,
I smell a voltage drop. My 2003 DiD had those symptoms before the battery died. The root cause on that occasion was a wire eaten off by a rat and the battery wasn't receiving any charge. Any battery centre-type shop will be able to quickly (and normally free) do a check on the battery condition as well as the charging.
Good luck and keep us posted,
Roelf
