Hi Thinus, the radio I chose has USB, Bluetooth and Iphone connect features. In my honest ipinion and I say this out of experience is to never take a radio with GPS. They are normally outdated or not very user friendly and in most cases expensive to update as they normally force you to buy their updates maps via CD. Just go get a proper Garmin and know there wont be any hassles. So far I am very happy with my choice of radio and sound quality

Re: Gen 3 Radio and Sound system upgrade
Thanks Jaco, solid advice.
I got the same from the guys at Doctor Decibel in Centurion, Gauteng. They recommend a single DIN Sony with bluetooth, USB, everythingelseyouneed except the GPS. Radio + installation is R2850 with VAT.
Another question if I may - would you recommend replacing the factory speakers? Im not so much interested in volume as I am in good quality sound.

Re: Gen 3 Radio and Sound system upgrade
I did the same upgrade on my 2006 SWB Gen 3. Now my trip meter regarding range, km/l and km/h is not working?
Any advise?
